The Mortgage Broker Lead System includes our lead management and distribution system for up to 20 brokers, a custom designed web site, and 2 hours of internet and search engine marketing consultation. The setup fee for the site is $999. The monthly fee for the site is the greater of $35 or $1 per lead average per day. So, if you web site gathers 50 leads per day, the monthly fee would be $50. If your site accepts 25 leads per day, the monthly fee is $35. The price also includes 50GB of data transfer which is more than enough for 99% of sites. If your site goes over 50GB in a month, you will be charged at cost for the extra data transfer which is currently $10/GB. The code that powers the Mortgage Broker Lead System is proprietary so you are not allowed to host the site yourself. All clients must also sign an agreement to not use SPAM from the server or use SPAM to advertise the site on the server. If you must do mass email marketing, we can make arrangements to work it out.
