For mortgage brokers who already have web sites. Use this system to automatically trade leads you do not want for leads you do as well as manage your leads. LeadASP.com will allow brokers to sign up and then simply cut and paste an application into their current web site. When someone fills out the application on your site and submits it, the application will pass through our servers and match the lead with the criteria you have signed up with in the beginning. If the lead matches the criteria of leads you want, you will receive the lead seconds after the person filled out the application. If the lead does not match your criteria, another mortgage company in the system will receive the lead and you will be credited for the lead. That credit will be filled by leads being filled out on other sites and those leads not matching those site owners. Your web visitors will not even know this is going one as the system takes seconds; they never leave your web site.

The system will also allow you to order more leads and not just trade them. The cost of buying leads in this fashion will be much lower than what a normal lead company charges for mortgage leads. Finally, LeadASP.com will have a powerful auto-responder system which will allow you to follow up with the leads who are not quite ready to close their mortgage with you. You can create follow up emails that will be automatically sent off to the leads every X days and you can decide what X is as well as creating each and as many of these follow up emails as you like.

Pricing structure has not been finalized but we plan on offering this system with no monthly fees and charging a simple per lead fee.
