Integration Specialist Position
This position combines a little problem solving, a little programming/coding and some communication with clients. Utilizing our wizard, the ideal person is able to follow directions, produce accurate work, independently research related work in our knowledge base and clearly communicate questions. You will work both independently on specific projects as well as with our development team on additional applications for lead generation companies.
Upcoming and recent college grads are welcome to apply. All majors & backgrounds are welcome! Our current integration specialists have come from backgrounds in architecture, language translation, psychology and big box retail management, so we’d love to hear about the experience you have. We provide a dynamic workplace atmosphere and competitive compensation.
This position can serve as a launching pad for advancement within the company in several different departments including programming, customer support and sales.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Creating custom integrations to send data into extrernal systems
- Communicating with clients on technical details
- Testing integrations using multiple scenarios
Qualifications / Required Skills
- Required: Ability to focus on details
- Required: Ability to follow instructions
- Required: Ability to work independently
- Not required, but great: Graphic design and/or the ability to slice designs into HTML
- Location: downtown Madison office
- Hours: 9-5, Monday-Friday
- Compensation: hourly, with opportunity to advance to salary
