The holiday season is one of the most hectic times of the year. Not only does consumer spending explode, but the break from the normal routine for your business as well as your lead sellers’ and your lead buyers’ make managing your lead flow a nightmare. Are your buyers only willing to buy 50% of their normal lead amount on Thanksgiving and twice that amount on the Monday after? Do they work shorter days and accept leads at different times on December 24th and 25th? Do you want to limit your amount of incoming leads on any given day and ensure you don’t buy any leads that you can’t sell? Without the right technology, none of this is possible leaving you with issues with your clients and headaches of your own. boberdoo has accounted for each of these scenarios and more. Each boberdoo system comes equipped with the tools that can combat each of these problems, help you automate your lead flow and maximize your total efficiency over the holidays.
Day and Time Scheduler
The Day and Time Scheduler, located in each filter set, allows you to specify exactly when your buyers can accept leads. This setting is perfect if any of your buyers are operating with different office hours at any time this holiday season and especially important if you’re selling calls. So imagine that one of your buyers is accepting calls Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, but accepting calls on Thursday only from 8 am to noon, you can build that out here. You can even associate specific prices for each time and day which will override the filter set price for leads that qualify.
You also have the ability to specify the exact dates and times that your buyer does not accept leads. This feature allows you to pick out specific dates and times that your buyer may be out of office or on vacation and doesn’t require you to build out an entire schedule. So in this case shown below, the buyer is not accepting leads on Thanksgiving from noon to midnight.
Lead caps are another important tool for managing your partners’ accounts and lead flow. In the event that your buyer calls in and informs you that they want only 25 leads total on Thanksgiving, you can implement a daily cap for that day. This allows you to stop their lead flow at their designated total without having to manually deactivate their account once they hit their desired limit.
Finally, the Vendor Filter is a useful tool that will help you manage all of your incoming lead traffic. This tool is most useful if you are buying leads from a 3rd party on a non-ping post basis. From your vendor filters you can set incoming lead caps on a daily or monthly basis. This will allow you to manage your incoming lead flow and protect you from buying more leads than you can sell. You can adjust these filters on a vendor-by-vendor basis and separate each filter based on your lead type.
The holiday season is supposed to be a time when you can relax and spend a little time away from your lead business. These tools allow you to do so without having to sacrifice the efficiency and control that you need to run your business. The boberdoo system is packed full of tools and settings that are designed to improve your automation and optimize your lead flow. While this post certainly does not cover all of them, we would be happy to give you a live demo and show you exactly how boberdoo can improve your business and save you time and effort in the process.
