Sales Intern/Appointment Setter Position

We are currently seeking a part-time sales intern to work out of out downtown Madison office. This position will report directly to our Director of Sales and will contribute first-hand to our inbound and outbound sales efforts. Our desire is to find a candidate that is looking for first-hand experience in speaking to prospective clients and contributing to a sales and marketing team. We are happy to remain flexible with your school and other work commitments. We provide and dynamic workplace atmosphere and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Outbound prospecting
  • Market research
  • Appointment setting
  • Assisting sales team with various projects
  • Some cold calling will be required

Qualifications / Required Skills

  • Must be sharp, flexible and able to manage one’s own time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent internet research skills
  • Ability to effectively speak with prospects and clients over the phone
  • Basic understanding of online sales a plus

Compensation

  • $10/hour
