Support clients can get answers to their questions via any of the methods below. support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm CST. Don't forget to check out the "i" icons throughout your system, they might be helpful!

Emergency tickets should only be used in the case of an absolute emergency. Adding new lead types and custom deliveries are not considered emergencies. Please do not abuse this ticket classification. This allows us to efficiently address the true emergencies as quickly as possible while keeping your monthly lease at a reasonable rate. Thank you.

  • lead ID (if referencing a lead)
  • partner name/ID (if referencing a partner)
  • vendor name/ID (if referencing a vendor)

At the top of your system is a "Tickets" button (also found in Settings>Tickets) that will allow you to communicate directly with a boberdoo employee that can solve your issues. Tickets create an automatic notification that is sent out to Brett and to the teams of programmers. This ensures that multiple boberdoo employees are seeing your request/question/issue and that all communication is centrally located for that topic.
