What happens if my volume fluctuates month to month?
Your tier adjusts automatically each month based on actual usage. If you have a high-volume month, you'll benefit from volume pricing.
What counts as an "inbound action"?
Any incoming ping, post, API call, or phone call that comes into our system counts as one inbound action for billing purposes.
How do I know which pricing tier I'm in?
You don't need to select or declare a tier. Your pricing is automatically determined by looking at your total inbound actions for the billing period and divides by the number of days to determine the monthly fee.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
There is a $250 setup fee for onboarding. Onboarding is designed for getting your initial setup off the ground and provides clarity on the system’s functionality.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, our tiered pricing structure automatically provides better rates as your volume increases.
Do you offer annual payment discounts?
