Frequently asked
Any incoming ping, post, API call, phone call, or form load that enters the lead system. Outbound actions — what your platform sends to buyers — are not counted toward your tier.
We total your inbound actions for the billing period and divide by the number of days. That average lands in one of the rows above. You don't pick a tier; the system places you automatically.
That's the whole point of the model. A spike month gives you the volume rate. A slow month drops you down. There's no penalty for either direction.
A one-time $250 setup. Optional extras are listed above (Custom DNS, Footer Removal, consulting). Everything else is in the monthly fee.

No. You bring your own Twilio account; you pay Twilio directly for minutes and numbers at their rates. We don't mark up either, and call routing/lead-delivery SMS are free features.
