Login Issue
Make sure you're on your lead system login page, usually something like 'yourcompany.leadportal.com,' and that the URL shows '/admin' instead of '/partner'. If you are having any issues getting to this part, check your emails for the correct URL. Remember, usernames and passwords are case sensitive! 2FA Settings
If you are having issues with Two Factor Authentication or need it enabled, follow our 2FA Guide. If you've lost access or can't receive codes, our support team can help reset your 2FA. Keeping login security active adds an important layer of protection, so update your method whenever you change devices or contact info.

At the top of your system is a 'Tickets' button (also found in Settings > Tickets) that will allow you to create a support ticket for your question or project request.
