How To Change Your Twilio Auth Token
To access your Twilio settings, navigate to the gear icon on the top bar, select Settings in the pop-down menu, and then select Twilio Settings.

Step-by-Step Token Change Process
Step 1: Enter Your Credentials
Enter your Twilio Account SID and Twilio Auth Tokens that you will find from your Twilio account.
Step 2: Place a Test Call
Right away, place a test call to your test number. There is a chance an application is using Signature Validation and if so, there may be an error as Twilio can only do signature validation on the primary token.
Step 3: Verify the Test Call
Verify the test call in your Leads>Inbound Phone tab. If you see the call on your Leads page > Inbound Phone, everything is working successfully!
Step 4: Test an External Number
Right away, place a test call to a number NOT in your lead system.
Step 5: Verify the Flow
Verify the appropriate flow.
Step 6: Check for Other Uses
Confirm the original Auth Token is not being used anywhere else in your organization. If it is, replace with the Secondary Token.
Step 7: Promote the Secondary Token
When you are ready to delete the original Auth Token, click 'Promote to Primary' by your Secondary Token. This action will cause the original Auth Token to be deleted automatically.
