Client Services & Support Representative
This position is full-time and on-site, in the Madison, WI office. The selected candidate will address client issues and develop work orders via phone, email and instant messaging, acting as a bridge between boberdoo’s clients and programmers. Other tasks will include testing new products and providing system demonstrations & sales support to prospective clients. On-the-job training will be provided.
This job is based in Madison, WI with temporary options to work from home due to COVID-19.
Responsibilities / Duties
Answering client questions and problems
Supporting existing client services
Creating scope of projects for custom work orders
Testing new product and custom solutions
Writing sales-related emails and newsletters
Up-selling clients on new deliverables
Qualifications / Required Skills
Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Required: Good communication skills
Required: Ability to multi-task
Not required but great to have: Basic knowledge of HTML
Not required but great to have: Online marketing experience
