Client Services & Support Representative
This position is full-time and on-site, in the Slovokian office. The selected candidate will address client issues and develop work orders via phone, email and instant messaging, acting as a bridge between boberdoo’s clients and programmers. Other tasks will include testing new products and providing system demonstrations & sales support to prospective clients. On-the-job training will be provided.

This job is based in Slovakia with temporary options to work from home due to COVID-19.

Responsibilities / Duties
Answering client questions and problems
Supporting existing client services
Creating scope of projects for custom work orders
Testing new product and custom solutions

Qualifications / Required Skills
Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher
Required: Good communication skills
Required: Ability to multi-task
Required: Patience
Not required but great to have: Basic knowledge of HTML
Not required but great to have: Online marketing experience

Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience.
