Changing Your Password

Are you practicing good security hygiene? Just like brushing teeth is important in daily life, security hygiene is important for online safety. A good security regimen has many facets, such as using two-factor authentication, limiting permissions for user groups, and changing passwords regularly. A password change could be what brought you here today since mandatory password changes occur to keep everyone secure. Changing your password in boberdoo is an easy task. Follow these steps to get started!

Step 1:

You may have already been here. When you log in normally, the system gives a password change required message instead of logging you in.

I received an error when I tried to send the password reset email. What should I do?

Open a new browser window and try again. If this does not work, contact your system administrator to make sure email settings are properly configured in your system.

I did not receive a change password email. What now?

Make sure you are checking the correct mailbox. Your email address is partially displayed before sending the reset email.  Also, check your spam or junk folders for the missing message.

I received an email saying that my password has been changed, but I did not change it.  What should I do?

Contact your system administrator immediately. Your account may be compromised or being used by someone else.
