Our software is billed in arrears on a month-to-month basis. The monthly fee is based on your average daily INBOUND actions only (outbound actions are not counted) and includes the fully operational system and support. The system can be customized to meet your needs and we bill for time spent to align the cost of the project with its complexity. All clients are a bit different but the average, active boberdoo client spends $500 - $3000/month.

Your tier adjusts automatically each month based on actual usage. If you have a high-volume month, you will benefit from volume pricing.
Any incoming ping, post, API call, or phone call that comes into our system counts as one inbound action for billing purposes.
You do not need to select or declare a tier. Your pricing is automatically determined by looking at your total inbound actions for the billing period and divides by the number of days to determine the monthly fee.
There is a $250 setup fee for onboarding. Onboarding is designed for getting your initial setup off the ground and provides clarity on the system's functionality.
Yes, our tiered pricing structure automatically provides better rates as your volume increases.
