How Partners Access Call Recordings
Partner Login Access
Because of this, boberdoo has built in a solution that allows your partners to access and listen to the audio recordings of each of the calls they purchase. Buyers can access recordings via their partner login by navigating to the leads tab and selecting the "Inbound Phone" lead type. This displays all purchased calls with a column for recorded files.
Listen and Download
Partners may listen to recordings directly in the system or download the audio files for their own records. This feature is valuable for quality control, training purposes, and marketing research.
