Welcome to the August edition of the boberdoo lab, our monthly series where we pull back the curtain on our development pipeline to show you exactly what we are working on, experimenting with, and building to push the lead generation industry forward. We have been busy behind the scenes, and we have some major updates regarding our tech, our website and our team.
A Faster, Smarter boberdoo Website
If the site feels a bit snappier today, that is by design. We have completely rebuilt the boberdoo website from the ground up. To make this happen efficiently, our team collaborated with Claude (AI) to accelerate the design and coding phases. From there, our human team took over for extensive testing to make sure the user experience is flawless.
Building a Faster In-System Chat
We are also currently developing a brand-new chat feature directly within the boberdoo system. This tool is designed to speed up the support process, making it easier and faster to troubleshoot or find answers inside your account. Just like our website rebuild, our team used AI to help code and build the chat feature, accelerating development so we can connect you directly to our live support team even faster.
Expanding Our Support Team
Speaking of human expertise, our support team is expanding. We are thrilled to welcome Ahmed and Kieran as our newest support reps. We are incredibly excited to have them on board and to watch them grow within the company as they help deliver top-tier support.
