We’ve added updates to our call routing platform to help you manage your calls with the same precision as your web leads.
- "Who Hung Up" Field: We’ve integrated deeper Twilio data to show you exactly who ended the call, the buyer or the caller.
- IPR Call Recording Webhook: Easily send call recordings to external storage or QA platforms automatically via webhook.
