How It Works (And Why Your Data Stays Secure)
The AI Report Builder operates on a lightweight, privacy-first workflow:
- The AI Only Writes Code: The AI reads your account's database schema (table and field names) to translate your plain-English prompt into structured SQL syntax.
- No Client Data Enters the AI: Your actual lead logs, financial figures, PII and partner records are never sent to, processed by or exposed to an AI model.
- Standard Execution: Once the SQL query is generated, the report executes entirely on boberdoo’s standard database engine.
You can also save the generated report so you can re-run the report or even save it as a timed report to get sent to you on a schedule!
Ask Questions in Plain English
Instead of wrestling with syntax or custom filters, non-technical users can ask questions naturally and get real answers immediately:
- “Show total leads by source for the last 30 days, plus cost and profit.”
- “Which partners had more than 50 rejected posts last week and why?”
- “Compare this week vs. last week lead volume and average bid per source.”
